    Fish Cake Mixture
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  • Add canned sardines, ground black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes and flour. Mix the ingredients until they’re all incorporated.
  • Add cornstarch and mix.
  • Add coriander and set aside the mixture.
  • Heat up a pan and add cooking oil.
  • Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
  • Add garlic and sauté until it turns light golden brown.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Add the sautéed onion and garlic into the mixture. Mix all the ingredients.
  • Frying
  • Lightly grease a pan and set to medium heat.
