  • Put tilapia, ginger strips, coconut cream, vinegar, salt, long green chilli and Thai chilli in a large skillet. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and continue simmering until the liquid has thickened a little.
