Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 6 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 medium-sized onion (chopped)
  • 6 sweet corn cobs (kernels)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 5 - 6 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 2 - 3 cup spinach
Instructions
  1. In a hot pot, add cooking oil and sauté garlic until it becomes light brown.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
  3. Add corn kernels, chicken stock and water. Give it a quick stir and cover. Let it boil.
  4. Give it a stir to loosen the bottom of the pot and taste. Add fish sauce and ground black pepper. Cover and let it simmer.
  5. Add chopped celery into the pot. Give it a stir and add spinach. Adjust according to taste. Cover and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve while it’s hot. Enjoy!
