Ingredients
  • 180 g canned tuna (in vegetable oil)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium-sized potato (cut into cubes)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion (chopped)
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Heat pan with cooking oil and then add potatoes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Let it cook for 3 - 5 minutes or until potatoes are medium soft.
  3. Add onion and sauté with potatoes until it becomes translucent.
  4. Add carrots and sauté with the ingredients.
  5. Add tuna into the pan (including the oil). Sauté for a bit until ingredients are incorporated.
  6. Add chopped spring onion.
  7. Beat eggs in a bowl and then add into the pan. Spread it evenly.
  8. Let the eggs cook and fold (or flip if you can) the omelette. Make sure the eggs are fully cooked before serving. Transfer into a plate. Enjoy!
