Ingredients
  • 1 dozen penoy (or chicken eggs) (hard-boiled, peeled)
  • 1/4 cup carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
Instructions
