  • Put pork ribs and water in a large pot and cover. Over medium heat, let it boil. Reduce heat to medium low and let it simmer until the meat is tender. This process will take approximately an hour to one hour and a half. Remove any floating gunk occasionally.
  • Once the meat is tender, add onion, tomato, ginger and long green chilli into the pot and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes or until it boils.
  • Add tamarind soup base into pot. Let it simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Add radish slices and cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Add bok choy. Cover and turn off heat. Let the remaining heat steam bok choy. Serve with steam rice and enjoy!
