Ingredients
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber (cut into bite-size cubes)
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion (chopped)
  • 2 blocks tofu (cut into bite-size cubes)
  • 2 - 3 tbsp lemon (lime or calamansi) juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt (optional)
  • cooking oil ((for frying))
  • ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a hot pan with cooking oil, fry tofu until it turns golden brown.
  2. Remove fried tofu from the pan and set aside.
  3. Using a large bowl, add all the ingredients starting with cucumber, tofu and onion.
  4. Add mayonnaise and squeeze out the juice of 1/2 lemon into the mixture. Then add garlic salt and season with ground black pepper to taste.
