  • Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces then fry. Set aside after frying.

  • In a bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Knorr liquid seasoning, fish sauce, brown sugar, ground black pepper and mayonnaise. Mix until well-blended then set aside.
  • Putting it All Together
  • In a large bowl, add fried tofu, ginger, onion, green onions, long green chilies, red chilies, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the liquid sauce mixture over the ingredients and then mix until well-incorporated.
  • It should be ready when the tofu pieces are covered with the sauce. Enjoy!
